Otunba (Dr.) Adebayo Odunowo, a trained Animal Scientist, salesman and Marketer is the founder and chief motivator of Biacom Agro Nigeria Limited. He started his career (after a one-year stint at Allied Bank) at Pfizer Products Limited as the Marketing Service Officer of the Animal Health Division in 1991. In 1993, he moved to Rhone Poulenc Nigeria Limited (formerly May & Baker Nigeria PLC) as the Technical Sales Representative in charge of the Eastern Territory. Adebayo left Rhone Poulenc (then known as Rhodia Nigeria Limited) in April 2000 as the Area Sales Manager; on leaving Rhodia, Otunba (Dr.) Adebayo Odunowo formed and founded Bimba Agro Livestock Company Limited. Being the arrowhead of Bimba Agro Livestock Company Limited, Otunba (Dr.) Adebayo Odunowo led Bimba Agro to become one of the fastest-growing companies in the livestock subsector of the agricultural industry, and this is due to the entrepreneurial and managerial skills of Otunba (Dr.) Adebayo Odunowo.

In a bid to reposition his company to meet the challenges of this century, Otunba (Dr.) Adebayo Odunowo decided to restructure his business, which led to the formation of BIACOM AGRO NIGERIA LIMITED. Otunba (Dr.) Adebayo Odunowo hopes to position BIACOM in the future as one of the top Agro-Allied company in the Nigeria livestock industry. Otunba (Dr.) Adebayo Odunowo has attended many courses both locally and abroad. Otunba (Dr.) Adebayo Odunowo is a recipient of many awards in recognition of his sterling achievement and his immense contribution to the socio-economic development of Nigeria.

Otunba (Dr.) Adebayo Odunowo, apart from possessing a B.Sc., MBA and D.Sc., is a member of the following trade and professional bodies:

MR. OLUWATOBI ODUNOWO

Mr. Oluwatobi Odunowo is a distinguished professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Babcock University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Liverpool John Moores University, UK.

He began his career in product management with a specialisation in serving Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and finance. Over the years, he has built extensive experience in addressing the financial needs and growth aspirations of SMEs across various stages of the business life cycle.

Currently, Mr. Odunowo serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Biacom Agro Nigeria Limited. In this capacity, he provides strategic oversight and operational leadership, driving the company’s expansion and organisational excellence through effective execution of its corporate and brand development strategies.

Barrister (Mrs.) Flora Ngo-Martins, a seasoned legal practitioner, is a valued member of our board. With her extensive training and experience in the field of law, she assumes a pivotal role in our organisation, overseeing all legal, regulatory, and company secretariat activities.

Mrs. Ngo-Martins’ expertise ensures that our operations adhere to the highest standards of compliance and governance. She brings a wealth of knowledge to our team, guiding us through complex legal matters and safeguarding the interests of our company. Her dedication and proficiency contribute significantly to our success and reputation in the industry.

MR. OLUFEMI MORONWIYAN

Mr. Olufemi Moronwiyan is a qualified chartered procurement and logistics practitioner with extensive experience in supply chain transformation and sustainable procurement in the professional and public services sector.

He has a proven track record managing the delivery of large capital projects and programmes within the British public sector. He continues to manage relationship with many of the world’s leading supplier organisations in the built environment and manufacturing sectors. His responsibilities often extend to include successful project initiation, quality assurance and human resource management.

 

 

MR. MICHAEL YEKINI

Head of Finance & Admin.

 

 

Mr. Michael Yekini joined Biacom Agro Nigeria Limited in November 2016 as Account Officer; He rose rapidly to become the current Head of Finance and Admin.

He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic; he also holds certificate of completion in the following:
• Warehouse Management :- Inventory, Stock and Supply Chains
• International and Strategic Human Resource Management
• Mental Health Studies: suicide, Violent Behavior and Substance Abuse.

He is a member of Charted Institute of Loan and Risk Management (CILRMN).
